	Arrow custom made mortice locks are intended for heavy duty use in Schools, Hospitals, Commercial and Public Sector buildings where security, durability and low maintenance are required. They are engineered for strength and performance, and precisely manufactured to exacting standards. They are available in a wide range of functions and trims. Door Thickness: Regularly furnished for 45 mm thick doors. For over 45 mm specify thickness.
Backset: Standard 70 mm only
Case: 104 x 152 x 25 mm heavy wrought steel zinc dichromate finish .093" thick.
Front: Armoured. Brass, bronze. 203 mm x 32 mm Bevel adjustable from flat to 3 mm Rebate front available to order with rebated strike.
Latchbolt: Brass. US26D finish. Anti-friction with full 19 mm throw. 16 x 25 mm.
Deadbolt: Brass. US26D finish. Full 1 throw. x 1 with hardened steel inserts.
Deadlocking Latchbolt: Brass. US26D finish. 12 mm throw.
Hubs: Heat treated steel.
Strike: Brass, bronze or stainless steel. ANSI A115.1, curved lip, for all locks with latch bolts. 32 mm to centre with box strike. Rebate strike available to order with rebated front. All locks fully reversible except Hotel locks B15 and B16.
Finishes: Satin Chrome and Polished Brass standard. Other finishes available.

11	Front Door	Latchbolt by knob either side except when outside knob is locked by snib in face or deadbolt is projected. Deadbolt by key outside and turn piece inside. Turning inside knob will retract latchbolt and deadbolt simultaneously.
12	Storeroom	Latchbolt by knob inside and by key outside. The outside knob is rigid. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks latch bolt.
13	Front Door	Latchbolt by knob either side. Deadbolt by key outside and turn piece inside.
17	Classroom	Latchbolt by knob either side except when outside knob is locked or unlocked by key in the cylinder. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks latchbolt.
31	Storeroom	Latchbolt by knob either side. Deadbolt by key either side.
32	Vestibule	Latchbolt by knob either side except when outside knob is locked by key in the inside cylinder; then by key outside and knob inside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks latchbolt.
34	Storeroom	Latchbolt by knob either side except when outside knob is locked by the stop button in the face; then by key outside, knob inside. Deadbolt by key either side
